He specializes in Trademarks, Copyright and Commercial laws, demonstrating adept expertise in effectively managing the trademark portfolios of diverse organizations including Pre-filing search, responding to Examination Reports, handling Opposition Petitions, Counter Statements, Invalidations/Cancellations, drafting Cease and Desist Notices, etc. He has a detail-oriented approach while drafting contracts and other legal documents, enabling him to assist the firm and catering to various needs of the client.

Rishabh possesses expertise in collecting evidences through various e-commerce platforms and filing Temporary Restraining Orders (TRO’s) against Trademark, Copyright, and Patent infringement in US Courts of Law for various international clients. He advises and assist clients on Company incorporation, FDI compliances, policy formation, investments, IT compliances, asset management, various legal checks and balances, etc. He regularly appears in various commercial matters, cheque bounce disputes, civil disputes, etc.
